Selection Process

• Stage 2 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Includes running, long jump, and other physical tasks to assess stamina and strength.
• Stage 3 – Interview / Personality Test: Conducted by UPSC to evaluate leadership, presence of mind, and communication skills.
• Stage 4 – Medical Examination: Ensures candidates meet CAPF health and fitness standards.
